	Doga Fun: Ohming (Yoga with Pets) Doga: Ohming – as part of the expert series by GeoBeats. Doga is a traditional Yoga class, so like any Yoga class that I teach, we will start by Ohming. Ohming is a way to connect with your pet through a sound that they make, too. Yoga originally came from animals. Monks sitting in the forest, watching animals just be, while they were meditating and they noticed that animals were stretching, and so poses came to be by watching animals. So, we do a lot of poses that dogs teach us to do, but also the sound, Ohm is a universal sound that connects us together and is a sound that they can make. Sometimes, the dog Ohm's back. Not always, but they do love the sound and they usually know it is time to start practice and we do it together at the end when we are ending our Doga practice. So, we will start by inhaling. Ohm.
