X2 Yoga is designed to increase isometric power, improve range of motion and build vital stabilizer muscle strength. The workout is a little more than an hour long but the times goes by quickly. It is full of difficult holds and positions. One of the most painful is FROG! I found relative ease with PIDGEON and CRANE, but struggled with positions like HALF MOON.
